ATMAX’s VEGA printers are built into complete production lines, covering nylon, wool, acrylic, modified polyester, classic polyester, and non-woven carpets and blankets, with printing widths up to 4.2 metres, resolutions from 360 to 1800 dpi, and capacities up to 1680 sqm/hr. Each line is matched with ATMAX’s own acid, disperse, or cationic inks, formulated for the specific fibre being printed and engineered for full color gamut, strong wash and rub fastness, and freedom from harmful chemicals such as APEO and heavy metals. The result is wall-to-wall carpets, rugs, commercial carpet tiles, mats, and other pile fabrics produced digitally, without the minimum order quantities or design limitations of traditional carpet manufacturing.
