Description
100 ppm at Full Speed
- Achieve maximum throughput on both coated and uncoated paper with minimum downtime. Mixed media jobs — switching between coated and uncoated in a single run — are handled with automatic image quality adjustment optimised when changing paper. Long paper (330 × 1,200 mm) prints at 16 ppm with the Air Suction Feeder.
Long Paper up to 1,200 mm
- Print duplex automatically on long paper up to 330 × 864 mm, or single-sided up to 330 × 1,200 mm. Opens up applications including roll-fold brochures, panoramic prints, event banners, and restaurant menus.
52 gsm to 400 gsm Media Range
- From thin folded flyers to thick business cards — the EC1100 handles it all. Heavyweight long paper up to 350 gsm is supported with the optional Air Suction Feeder. The compact belt roll fuser ensures consistent fusing across all stocks.
2,400 × 2,400 dpi & EA-Eco Toner
- The VCSEL-ROS printhead delivers 2,400 dpi resolution while energy-efficient EA-Eco toner — with toner volume control optimised per coated/uncoated paper — produces image quality comparable to offset printing.
Inline Sensor Automation
- Save time with automated adjustments for image-to-media alignment, image transfer, density uniformity, and tone reproduction curve — all without stopping the press or requiring operator intervention.
