OVERVIEW
The GongZheng Apsaras G7 is a high-speed industrial sublimation transfer printer in a category of its own — 16× Epson I3200 A1 printheads at 1.9 m width, delivering 663 m²/hr in draft mode and 520 m²/hr in production mode. A Magnetic Linear Motor drive system (Igus brand chain with built-in magnetic linear motor and metal encoder) replaces the conventional belt-and-carriage architecture of all other Apsaras models, enabling low-noise, precise, high-speed carriage motion sustained over industrial production shifts. Three IR dryers, 15-litre ink tanks, and a Myriameter feeder with 13,000 m feed capacity (rolls up to 1,000 mm diameter) make the G7 the production workhorse of the Apsaras range.
