GS High Density Sublimation Transfer Ink

GongZheng’s GS sublimation transfer ink is the standard ink specified for the full Apsaras series (G2, G4, G4L, G4P, G4D Max, G5, G5 Max, G7, G9) — the printers Insight Within sells and services across India. The GS ink is formulated for high density color output on sublimation transfer paper, with fast dry characteristics suited to the intelligent sectionable IR dryer systems built into the Apsaras range.

• High Density Color Output
  GS sublimation ink is formulated for high color density — delivering vibrant, saturated output on transfer paper that translates to vivid final color on heat-pressed polyester fabric. High density ink is essential for fashion, sportswear, and soft signage applications where color saturation is a primary quality criterion.
• OEKO-TEX ECO PASSPORT Certified
  GongZheng’s high-density sublimation transfer ink carries OEKO-TEX ECO PASSPORT certification — confirming it meets multi-attribute, lifecycle-based human health and environmental criteria established by OEKO-TEX. This certification is increasingly required by fashion brands, textile buyers, and export markets with restricted substances requirements. Using certified ink allows GongZheng Apsaras operators to demonstrate compliance to their customers without independent ink testing.
• Optimised for Epson I3200-A1 Heads
  GS sublimation ink is formulated and tested for the Epson I3200-A1 print heads used across the Apsaras range — from the dual-head G2 through to the 24-head G9. Using manufacturer-matched ink protects head longevity, maintains the ink channel viscosity profile the heads are designed for, and reduces the risk of nozzle blockage or color shift that can arise from third-party ink substitution.
• GZ Variable Dot Technology Compatible
  GS ink is developed in conjunction with GongZheng’s Variable Dot Technology — the proprietary drop control system that allows the Apsaras printers to produce variable drop sizes for smooth gradients and fine detail at production speeds. Ink viscosity, surface tension, and particle size are all calibrated to ensure the Variable Dot system performs as designed.
• Fast Dry — Suitable for IR Dryer System
  The GS ink is formulated for fast drying compatibility with the Intelligent Sectionable Control IR Dryer systems built into the Apsaras range — enabling high-throughput production (up to 95 m²/h on the G2, up to 663 m²/h on the G7) without wet ink transfer to the take-up roll.

GongZheng DTF Textile Ink — Pixy T-Series
For the Pixy T2 and Pixy T4 DTF (Direct-to-Film) printers, GongZheng supplies DTF textile ink in a KCMY+White configuration — the standard five-color DTF ink set required for the DTF process, where white ink forms the adhesive base layer on PET transfer film before color inks are applied.

• White Ink — The Core of the DTF Process
  In DTF printing, white ink is deposited first (as an underprint or base layer) on the clear PET film. After hot melt powder adhesive is applied and cured, the white layer becomes the bonding medium that adheres the transfer to the garment during heat pressing. GongZheng’s DTF white ink is formulated for the specific rheology and opacity required to perform this structural role reliably in the Pixy T2 and T4 print heads.
• KCMY Color Inks — Vibrant Output on All Fabrics
  GongZheng DTF color inks (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) are water-based textile inks formulated for the DTF transfer process — delivering vibrant color on the PET film layer that transfers cleanly to cotton, polyester, poly-cotton blends, and other fabrics after heat pressing. The color inks are compatible with the Epson I3200-A1 heads in the Pixy T4 and the head configuration of the Pixy T2.
• Optional Fluorescent Inks — Pixy T4
  The Pixy T4 supports an extended color set including optional fluorescent inks (Fo, Fg, Fy, Fm) — enabling vivid, luminescent prints for sports, activewear, and branded apparel applications where standard CMYK gamut is insufficient for the required color intensity.
• Head-Matched Formulation — Pixy T2 & T4
  GongZheng DTF inks are formulated and tested for the specific print heads in the Pixy T2 and Pixy T4 — ensuring viscosity, surface tension, and particle size match the head manufacturer’s requirements for reliable ink delivery, consistent white ink opacity, and color accuracy across production runs.
