Mimaki DTF TXF 150-75
The Mimaki TxF150-75 is Mimaki’s DTF (Direct-to-Film) heat transfer inkjet printer — a fundamentally different technology from Mimaki’s sublimation range (TS100, TS55, TS330). Where sublimation requires polyester fabric, DTF prints on cotton, polyester, blended fabrics, nylon, and virtually any fabric — with no pre-treatment, no plate making, and no weeding. The TxF150-75 uses Mimaki’s own PHT50 heat transfer pigment ink (ECO PASSPORT certified) in a 5-color CMYK+W configuration, with Mimaki Circulation Technology Version 2 (MCT V2) keeping white ink in constant circulation through the entire ink route including the damper — preventing the sedimentation that causes white channel nozzle failures in DTF printing. Backed by NCU/NRS auto nozzle management and RasterLink7 with special color plate generation (Fill-in-contour), it is designed for reliable unattended DTF production across garments, sportswear, bags, and accessories.

Description
MCT V2 — Full Circuit White Ink Circulation
- Mimaki Circulation Technology Version 2 circulates white ink through the ENTIRE ink route including the damper above the head — not just stirring in the tank. Prevents pigment sedimentation at every point in the system. Reduces nozzle cleaning frequency and ink waste significantly.
PHT50 — Mimaki’s First Heat Transfer Pigment Ink
- PHT50 is Mimaki’s own pigment ink for DTF, ECO PASSPORT certified. Aluminium pack format: degassed ink reduces gas contamination and nozzle defects. Reduces plastic waste vs. bottles. Secured by Mimaki’s genuine ink support network.
Print on Any Fabric — No Pre-Treatment
- Cotton, polyester, poly-cotton blends, nylon, and more — dark or light colors. No fabric selection constraint. No pre-treatment spray needed. Denser color on dark T-shirts including black. Weeding unnecessary (vs. rubber transfer sheet method).
NCU/NRS — Uninterrupted Production
- NCU sensor detects nozzle defects and triggers automatic cleaning. NRS substitutes a defective nozzle with an alternate nozzle for continuous production without waiting for a service engineer. Stable unattended operation.
RasterLink7 — Fill-in-Contour Special color Plate
- New Fill-in-Contour option in RasterLink7 converts CMYK=0% objects and vector data into special color plates (white underlay generation). Three modes: Whole Image, Valid Pixel, Fill in Contour. Supports EPS, PS, PDF file formats.
Variable Print — One Item per Uniform
- Template design + individual variable data (name, number) for personalised sportswear and team wear. Print unique names and numbers on each DTF film sheet. Same variable print function as Mimaki’s sublimation range.
