Mimaki’s sublimation ink range is the world’s most comprehensive portfolio of sublimation inks for digital textile and soft signage printing. Spanning 12 ink types — from the standard Sb Series to the high-density MLSb multi-layer series — Mimaki sublimation inks cover both direct sublimation printing (directly onto pre-treated polyester fabric) and sublimation transfer printing (via transfer paper and heat press). Mimaki’s high-density sublimation ink dramatically improves print quality on polyester compared to conventional sublimation inks. Higher ink density per unit of volume means deeper, more saturated color on the finished fabric — achieving the vibrancy demands of fashion apparel, sportswear, and high-impact soft signage without requiring excessive ink lay-down. - Quick-Dry Water-Based Formula
The quick-dry water-based formulation enables higher production throughput by reducing drying time between passes — a critical factor for the high-speed Mimaki TS330 series and Tiger600 industrial printers that achieve throughputs of up to 143 m²/h (TS330-1800) and beyond. Quick drying also reduces ink mist generation — a typical problem in sublimation printing addressed by Mimaki’s formulation development. - Fluorescent Colors — Fp and Fy
