In textiles, Insight offers two of Atexco’s sublimation transfer printers: Model H and Model X Plus. Model H is Atexco’s high-speed flagship, built with 16 industrial Kyocera printheads at 600 dpi resolution and a maximum printing width of 1820mm, reaching speeds of up to 700 linear metres per hour for continuous, high-volume polyester printing. Model X Plus is Atexco’s flexible workhorse, available with 4 or 8 Kyocera printheads across 1800mm, 2600mm, or 3200mm width options, giving printers a choice of speed, ink density, or color gamut configurations to match their production needs.

In commercial printing, Atexco’s VegaPress series brings the same Kyocera printhead engineering and self-developed inkjet control and color management systems to high-volume production on offset paper, coated paper, newsprint, and other commercial substrates from 40 to 200 gsm, at resolutions up to 1200 x 1200 dpi. Favoured by printing factories, publishers, and commercial print providers, VegaPress models, including the compact VegaPress Mini built for monochrome book printing, give commercial printers a production-grade inkjet alternative for books, manuals, transactional documents, and other high-volume runs.
