OVERVIEW
The GIP Label Smart series is a range of entry-level to mid-range digital UV inkjet label printing systems from General Inkjet Printing — offering three print-width configurations (108S: 108 mm, 216S: 216 mm, 330S: 330 mm) for roll-to-roll label production. Powered by piezoelectric inkjet technology with UV LED curing and Agfa Apogee prepress workflow integration, the Label Smart series is positioned as the ideal digital companion for flexographic label printers looking to add short-run color capability, personalised variable data printing, or full color coding without the setup cost and waste of traditional plate-based processes. Print speeds of 50 m/min at 600 × 600 dpi (25 m/min at 600 × 1,200 dpi) deliver commercial label production throughput on PET, BOPP, PE, BOPA PP, coated paper, synthetic paper, and art paper substrates.
