OVERVIEW
The Gongzheng Apsaras G5 is an industrial-grade 1.95m dye-sublimation transfer inkjet printer — the high-speed flagship of the Gongzheng Apsaras sublimation range, powered by 8× Epson I3200 A1 industrial printheads. At 363 m²/hr in Draft mode and 317 m²/hr in Production mode (both at 720×600 dpi), the G5 delivers the throughput required for high-volume textile apparel, sportswear, soft signage, and fashion fabric production. GZ Variable Dot Technology produces flawless skin tones, smooth gradients, crisp text and intricate detail at full production speed. The Grooving Anti-Wrinkle Platen with pressure-adjustable pinch rollers and post-spreading roller prevents media cockling and wrinkle-induced head strikes — particularly critical for high-speed production of dark-ground designs on thin transfer paper. The Industrial Media Handle System accommodates jumbo rolls and low-gsm paper with its heavy-duty stretchable rubber bar unwinder/rewinder. The 5L bulk ink supply system with GS High Density Sublimation Ink (ECO PASSPORT certified by OEKO-TEX) enables long unattended production runs with easy maintenance.
