OVERVIEW
The GongZheng Pixy T2 is a 60 cm (600 mm) Direct-to-Film (DTF) printer — a fundamentally different technology from the Apsaras sublimation range. DTF prints designs onto a special PET transfer film using pigment inks including white, coats the wet print with hot-melt powder in the integrated shaker unit, then cures the powder in the Filter/dryer unit. The finished transfer is then heat-pressed onto virtually any fabric — cotton, polyester, poly-cotton blends, denim, silk, nylon — without pre-treatment. Powered by 2× Epson I3200 A1 printheads with a 1xKCMY+1xW color configuration, the Pixy T2 delivers vibrant, wash-resistant, soft-hand-feel prints on any fabric type at 15 m²/h (4-pass) or 10 m²/h (6-pass).
