Mimaki DTF TXF 300-75
The Mimaki TxF300 series is the Pro-model DTF printer range — the TxF300-75 (800mm, 62 large T-shirts/hr) and TxF300-1600 (1,610mm, 84 T-shirts/hr) — delivering approximately 3× the productivity of the entry-level TxF150-75 (22 T-shirts/hr). Both models share the same PHT50 ECO PASSPORT heat transfer pigment ink, MCT Version 2 white ink circulation, NCU/NRS nozzle management, and RasterLink7 DTF workflow as the TxF150-75 — but add three important upgrades: 1,080 dpi resolution (new middle quality mode), optional 4-cartridge add-on for up to 8 white ink cartridges (OPT-J0572) for extended continuous output, MRA (Mimaki Remote Access) for smartphone and PC remote operation, and PICT (Mimaki Cloud Technology) for real-time remote monitoring of printer operation and ink usage. The TxF300-1600 further expands application to interior fabrics — curtains, floor mats, soft furnishing — in addition to garments and accessories.

- TxF300-75 delivers 62 large T-shirts/hr vs TxF150-75’s 22 — approx. 3× productivity at the same 800mm print width. TxF300-1600 reaches 84 T-shirts/hr at 1,610mm (30% more than TxF300-75 when using full-size DTF film).
New 1,080 dpi Resolution Mode
- Adds a mid-quality 1,080 dpi mode between 720 dpi (production) and 1,440 dpi (high quality) — not available on the TxF150-75. Provides more flexibility in balancing print quality and throughput.
Up to 8 White Ink Cartridges (OPT-J0572)
- The optional 4-cartridge add-on (OPT-J0572) doubles white ink capacity from 4 to 8 cartridges — allowing longer continuous output lengths without white ink changeover interruptions. Essential for high-volume unattended production.
MRA — Smartphone & PC Remote Operation
- MRA (Mimaki Remote Access) enables operation via smartphone or Windows PC over the same LAN segment. List ink type, heater temperature, notification alerts — and operate the machine with the same interface as the physical panel.
PICT — Mimaki Cloud Monitoring
- PICT (Mimaki Cloud Technology) monitors printer operation and ink usage remotely in real time. Supports better production planning — real-time operational status, performance data, scheduled maintenance alerts, and ink refill preparation.
TxF300-1600 — Interior Fabric Applications
- At 1,610mm print width, the TxF300-1600 enables DTF printing on interior fabrics — curtains, floor mats, soft furnishings — in addition to all garment applications. Custom T-shirt business expansion in limited space.
