The Mimaki TS330-1800 is a water-based dye sublimation transfer inkjet printer engineered for the fashion apparel, sportswear, interior fabrics, and soft signage markets. Designed for textiles and apparel printing, the TS330-1800 achieves superb productivity of up to 73 m²/h in Draft mode and up to 143 m²/h at maximum speed — a 46% speed improvement over the conventional TS55-1800 model in Draft mode at equivalent image quality. Built on Mimaki’s proven print core technology with a renewed conveyance mechanism, new cloth wiper cleaning system, and automatic V-shape media cutting, the TS330-1800 combines high production throughput with the high image quality the textile market demands — across CMYK, 6-color, 7-color, and 8-color ink set configurations.

46% Faster Than Conventional Models in Draft Mode
- At 600×600 dpi, 2-pass bidirectional printing, the TS330-1800 achieves 73 m²/h in Draft mode — approximately 1.4 times faster than Mimaki’s conventional TS55-1800 model (50 m²/h) at equivalent image quality. Maximum speed mode reaches 143 m²/h. Even at high throughput, the printer maintains even and uniform output of dark color prints during low-pass printing.
Mimaki Weaving Dot Technology — New Ink Dispensing for Higher Image Quality
- A new ejection control technology reduces ink unevenness and smearing, achieving better solid coloring and smoother images than ever before — with reduced banding and even, uniform solid color density even at low pass counts. This is the core image quality advancement in the TS330 series.
Two Options for Low Running Costs — 10kg Ink Tanks & Mini Jumbo Roll
- 10kg Sb411 ink tanks (Blue, Magenta, Yellow, Black) are newly available, enabling long-period continuous output — including all-night unattended operation — when mounted on the optional 10kg ink-tank supply unit. This achieves significant reductions in running cost and operation time versus standard 2-litre packs. The Mini Jumbo roll unit supports long transfer paper rolls (Mimaki Vision Jet-X Mini-162, 1,620mm width, 2,500m length), reducing media replacement downtime and operator burden.
Stable Operation — Renewed Conveyance, Cloth Wiper, V-Shape Cutting
- A renewed conveyance mechanism with dual-side take-up drive motors improves winding stability and reduces media meandering. The new cloth wiper cleaning system improves removal of thick adhesive clots on the nozzle surface — reducing maintenance frequency around the head and cap. Automatic V-shape media cutting tapers the media before wrapping onto the paper core, reducing human error in attachment and conserving media on unused odd ends.
Up to 8-Color Ink Sets — Including Violet, Orange, and Enhanced Fluorescents
- The TS330-1800 supports 4C, 6C, 7C, and 8C ink set configurations using Mimaki’s proven Sb411 sublimation transfer ink. Violet and Orange inks reproduce rich blue-purple and vivid, well-defined orange tones for enhanced apparel and uniform design clarity. Enhanced concentration Fluorescent Pink and Yellow deliver greater reflectance and more vivid expression than conventional fluorescent inks — ideal for eye-catching branding apparel and flags.
Mimaki Remote Access (MRA) & Cloud Technology PICT
- MRA enables remote machine operation with the same feel as the physical control panel — from a smartphone or Windows PC on the same network. Mimaki Cloud Technology PICT monitors operating status and ink usage remotely, supporting planned operations, advanced maintenance scheduling, and proactive ink refill preparation.
