The Mimaki TS330-3200DS is a 3.2-metre super-wide hybrid textile inkjet printer that combines direct sublimation printing and transfer sublimation printing in a single unit — the way to extend a soft signage business into total space design for offices, stores, event venues, and commercial spaces. Equipped with Mimaki’s flagship ‘330 Engine,’ the TS330-3200DS delivers high-density prints with more than double the productivity of conventional models — up to 150 m²/h in Draft mode. Direct Sublimation AND Transfer Sublimation — One Unit
- The TS330-3200DS is a true hybrid: a single unit performs both direct printing onto fabric and transfer printing onto sublimation transfer paper, switching between modes via a removable platen the operator changes by hand. The Ink-Receiving Spacer collects ink that passes through fabric during direct printing, preventing media contamination. The Platen with Adsorption Function minimises paper wrinkling during transfer paper printing, ensuring stable output in both modes.
330 Engine — More Than Double the Productivity
- Mimaki’s flagship print engine delivers high-density prints with more than double the productivity of conventional models. In Draft mode (300×600 1P Bi), the TS330-3200DS reaches 150 m²/h — versus 62 m²/h for conventional models. Production mode (600×600 2P Bi Hi) reaches 90 m²/h, and Standard mode (600×1200 4P Bi Hi) reaches 55 m²/h — all roughly 2.4× faster than conventional models at equivalent settings.
3.2m Super-Wide Format — Total Space Design
- Maximum printable width of 3,240 mm (127.5 in) on media up to 3,250 mm (128.0 in) wide enables the TS330-3200DS to address the largest soft signage, wall covering, and interior fabric format requirements in a single pass — covering walls, large banners, and oversized display graphics without seaming or tiling.
Sb420 Direct Sublimation Ink — Wide Color Gamut
- The Sb420 ink is specifically designed for both direct sublimation and transfer printing, delivering a wide color gamut with vibrant and expressive print results. Sb411 ink remains available for dedicated sublimation transfer printing — giving operators ink flexibility to match application and substrate requirements.
Stable Fabric Transport — Tension Rollers & Tension Bars
- While printing on fabric, the tension roller system prevents sagging in the print area, ensuring high image quality through stable transport. Tension bars enable stable transport of long print outputs. A post-heater accelerates ink drying for reliable, consistent results across the full 3.2m width and across extended production runs.
Mimaki Cloud Technology PICT — Remote Monitoring
- PICT allows users to monitor printer operation and ink usage remotely, supporting better planning with real-time data on operational status and performance.
