Mimaki Tiger 600-1800TS
The Mimaki Tiger600-1800TS is Mimaki’s industrial-class 1.8m high-speed dye-sublimation transfer inkjet printer — the next generation of the Tiger series, delivering up to 550 m²/hr at 300×600 dpi for fashion apparel and 310 m²/hr at 600×600 dpi for high-density sportswear requiring black-out. This is an entirely different class from the TS sublimation range (TS100/TS55/TS330): it uses 8 print heads in a 4×2 staggered array, requires three-phase 380–415V industrial power at 15 kW, uses MLSb510 ink in 10kg tanks (replaceable during printing), and has a machine footprint of 5,300×2,800×1,900mm. The Tiger600-1800TS introduces a newly designed wrinkle-removing roller (prevents cockling of thin transfer paper at high transport tension), one-side paper loading/unloading (≈50% footprint reduction, ≈80% weight reduction vs previous Tiger model), Head Select Function (continues printing using available heads when some nozzles are severely clogged), and TxLink4 Standard or Professional RIP for advanced textile workflow.

MLSb510 — 10kg Hot-swap Ink Tanks + Circulation
