Mimaki TS330-1600
The Mimaki TS330-1600 is a 1.6m water-based dye sublimation inkjet printer designed for textiles and apparel — achieving superb productivity of 69 m²/hr in Draft mode (38% faster than conventional Mimaki models in Draft) and 135 m²/hr in maximum speed mode. It combines Mimaki’s latest Weaving Dot Technology (new drop ejection control with near-spherical droplets for uniform solid colors at low passes), an improved conveyance mechanism (dual take-up motors, media edge guide, high-durability post-heater), and a comprehensive suite of Mimaki reliability technologies (DAS, Waveform Control, MAPS4, Variable Dot Control, NCU/NRS). Three user-experience advances make it distinctive: the Cloth Wiper (replaces rubber — absorbs thick adhesive clots from nozzle surface), V-Shape Cutting Function (reduces media waste and core-attachment error), and MRA (Mimaki Remote Access) for full smartphone monitoring and operation.

Description
135 m²/hr MAX / 69 m²/hr Draft
- 38% faster than conventional Mimaki in Draft mode (1.3× vs TS55-1800 at equivalent image quality). Even and uniform solid coloring at low passes — combining high production and high quality.
Weaving Dot Technology
- New ejection control technology ejects near-spherical ink droplets reducing unevenness and smearing. Better solid coloring, sharper text and ruled lines, smoother images than ever before. Minimum 4 pl drop.
Cloth Wiper (Unique to TS330)
- Cloth wipers absorb ink from the nozzle surface — unlike conventional rubber wipers which scrape it. Reduces ink splatter on the head station, reduces maintenance frequency around the head and cap, easier to clean.
V-Shape Cutting Function
- Automatically tapers the media into a V-shape before wrapping around the paper core. Ensures the centre of media attaches precisely to the core, reducing human error. Helps conserve media from unused odd ends.
MRA — Smartphone Remote Access
- Monitor printer status and operate the panel from a smartphone over a same-segment network. Check ink types, heater temperature, alerts. Pre-heat the machine remotely before arriving at the job site.
