OVERVIEW
The Atexco VegaPress Mini 440 is an industrial inkjet commercial web press designed for high-volume monochrome digital printing of books, catalogues, newspapers, educational materials, user manuals, and direct mail. It uses Atexco’s industrial piezo inkjet technology with a 4 pl minimum drop size at 600 × 1,200 dpi resolution — printing on a continuous roll-fed web at 75 m/min, producing 1,010 A4 sheets per minute on a single side. The integrated C1 cutting system at 100 m/min, automatic stacking, and optional folding make it a complete inline production system: from web roll to finished cut and stacked sheets in a single 6,350 mm footprint. The water-based pigment ink system works across a broad paper range — 40 gsm newsprint to 200 gsm art paper — on inkjet-coated, uncoated, offset paper, and more. VegaRip workflow manager is included for print-ready job management.
