OVERVIEW
The Atexco Model H is a high-speed industrial sublimation printer built around Kyocera Industrial DOD (Drop-on-Demand) Piezo print heads — 16 heads in the standard 1816F-4 configuration — delivering 1-pass production at 620 m/hr and 2-pass at 400 m/hr on a 1.5m-wide reference substrate. With a maximum printing width of 1,800 mm on paper up to 1,850 mm wide, the Model H is designed for high-volume sublimation production where speed is the primary requirement and the Kyocera head platform provides the industrial reliability, head longevity, and ink throughput capacity to support continuous high-output operation. An achievement from the experience of serving 2,000+ customers globally since 1992, the Model H is Atexco’s high-speed answer for textile operations that have outgrown conventional carriage-based sublimation printers.

620 m/hr 1-Pass — Highest Speed in the Atexco Sublimation Range
- In 1-pass mode, the Model H delivers 620 m/hr at a 1.5m reference width — exceeding the Model X Plus 1800mm’s 400 m/hr 1-pass by 55%. In 2-pass mode at 400 m/hr, the Model H matches the Model X Plus 1-pass speed at higher quality output. This throughput is enabled by Kyocera Industrial DOD Piezo heads configured in a 16-head array, delivering continuous high-volume ink output that carriage scan-based printers cannot match at equivalent quality.

- The Model H runs 16 Kyocera Industrial DOD Piezo print heads — industrial-grade components designed for continuous high-duty-cycle production rather than the shorter print cycles of commercial-grade heads. Kyocera’s industrial head platform provides the longevity, consistency, and ink throughput capacity that 620 m/hr sustained production demands.
1800mm Maximum Print Width — Fabric and Transfer Paper
- With a maximum print width of 1800 mm on media up to 1850 mm wide, the Model H covers the standard industrial sublimation width for fashion fabric, home textile, and transfer paper production — from sublimation paper as light as 25 gsm through a full range of transfer papers. Feeding roll diameter up to 1100 mm (1200 kg) and winding roll up to 500 mm (600 kg) enable extended uninterrupted production runs.
AJet Server & RIP — Purpose-Built for High-Speed Production
- The Model H runs AJet Server software with AJet RIP as standard — a workflow and RIP platform purpose-built for high-speed inkjet head configurations. Third-party RIP software is also supported. Print data format covers JPEG, TIF, and BMP in both RGB and CMYK color spaces — standard production file formats that connect directly to most prepress and design workflows without format conversion overhead.
Full Connectivity — Gigabit Optical Fibre Interface
- A 1000MB optical fibre interface delivers the data bandwidth required to feed 16 Kyocera heads at 620 m/hr continuously without pipeline bottlenecks. Windows 10 on an i7-11700/32G/1TB/64-bit computer configuration provides the processing headroom the AJet Server requires for uninterrupted high-speed RIP and print management.
Safety & Environment — Full Body Coverage, Low Noise
- Full body coverage safety enclosure protects the operator during high-speed production. Operating temperature range of 22–28°C accommodates standard industrial production environments. Noise level of 60 dB (distance dependent) is low for a machine operating at these throughput levels. AC 380V 3-phase / 5-wire at 50/60Hz with 18 kW power consumption.
